Pop Life Photo recently exhibited at Experiential Marketer Summit in Las Vegas, and it gave us the perfect stage to debut our newest iMPRINT experience. To say it did not disappoint would be an understatement.
The people walking the EMS floor are not your typical trade show attendees. They organize events for a living. They have seen every photo booth, every branded backdrop, every piece of shiny new tech. They know within seconds whether something is genuinely worth stopping for. And they stopped for us.
What is The iMPRINT Experience?
iMPRINT is a fully virtual, AI-powered trading card activation that runs entirely on guests’ personal devices. No shared kiosk. No waiting in line for equipment. Guests scan a QR code, answer a short personality-based quiz, take a selfie, and within moments receive an AI-generated trading card. Their portrait transforms in real-time into a uniquely designed card shaped entirely by their answers. Unlike are other AI Trading Card activations, this one requires no footprint.




At EMS, we built the experience around a personality quiz format. Each card reflected something real about the person holding it, and that personal connection immediately changed how attendees engaged with what they received.
The trading card, though, is only the beginning. On the back of every card, we included a small QR code. When scanned, it opens a personal micro-site for that guest, featuring a branded page with their trading card, an AI-animated video of their portrait, and a share contact details button. At EMS, this turned every card into a live networking tool. Attendees were not just walking away with a keepsake. They were handing each other a digital introduction.


The moment people discovered the networking layer of their card was a consistent highlight throughout the show. It created an entirely new dimension to the activation and sparked real conversations about how event professionals could bring something like this to their own clients.
