What does your photography style look like?
Clean, editorial, and natural. We capture the energy of the room, the details that set your event apart, posed group shots, and genuine candid moments, all without heavy filters or dated effects. The result is polished, current, and on brand.
How many photos can I expect to receive?
For a standard 3 hour event, you can expect between 150 and 250 images in the final gallery depending on the scale of your event.
How soon will we receive the final gallery?
Your refined gallery of all the image arrives within 3 business days after your event. If your team needs a highlight set sooner for a recap or press use, we can share the live gallery link.
Can you cover large or multi-day conferences?
Absolutely! Our robust team can handle multi-day conferences and large activations with coordinated multi-photographer coverage, with consistent editing across all images, so every image looks like it belongs together.
What is your standard duration of service?
Our service runs three hours. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate. We recommend discussing your event timeline during the discovery process so we can build the right package for your needs.
Do you travel outside the Bay Area?
We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and travel for events worldwide. Share your location and dates and we will build coverage around them.
How can the event photography be customized to our brand?
Incorporate your brand graphics into a custom-branded gallery microsite for digital delivery and design overlays for printed keepsakes. Our in-house creative team builds all design assets using your brand guidelines or creates original designs on your behalf.
How do guests recieve their photos?
After one of our photographers takes a guest’s photo, they ask for a phone number, and the guest receives an immediate text with a link to their personal gallery. From there our facial recognition technology takes over, so every new photo captured of them throughout the event flows in and updates automatically.
For high-volume events, we recommend having guests pre-register with our provided QR code, so they are matched automatically and our photographers can keep moving through the crowd without pausing to collect a number at each shot.
How do you protect privacy with facial recognition?
Your privacy comes first. The facial recognition only runs when after opting in on the provided link, and it does one thing: it delivers the photos you appear in to your own private, encrypted gallery. Your images are never sold or shared, and you only ever see pictures of yourself.
