An AI Photo experience requires minimal to no setup. If including printing with your experience, the venue must provide an open space for our standard station and a dedicated 110V, three-prong outlet within 25 feet.  With or without printing, our service requires access to a strong internet connection.
Our standard duration of service is three hours of active coverage. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate. We recommend discussing your event timeline during the discovery process so we can build the right package for your needs.
A single station can do as many as 100 individual sessions per hour.
Photos are shared in real-time onsite with a phone number or email the guest provides. Post-event, our team will deliver a full gallery of all content captured during your event.
Yes. Every activation is fully branded to your event. Custom options include graphic overlays, customized AI filters, and a branded micro-site for social sharing. Our in-house creative team builds all design assets using your brand guidelines or creates original designs on your behalf.
Yes. Post-event, we can provide a summary report that includes total sessions, shares, and contact data captured during the activation. This data can be used to measure engagement and support follow-up marketing efforts.
