One headshot station requires a 10′ by 10′ space, a minimum 20-amp circuit outlet, and access to a strong internet connection.
How long does it take to set-up for Headshots?
It takes our team an average of 120 minutes to set up one portrait station, including all equipment and lighting.
What is your standard duration of service?
Our standard headshot service runs three hours. Additional time can be added at an hourly rate. We recommend discussing your event timeline during the discovery process so we can build the right package for your needs.
How many staff will be on-site?
We staff one photographer per headshot station. Additional staff may be provided based on guest volume, event duration, and number of stations, allowing us to manage guest flow, direct each session, and deliver a consistent, premium experience from start to finish.
How many headshots can you take per hour?
A single headshot station can accommodate up to 20 sessions per hour, with up to 15 photos captured per person.
How do I prepare guests for their headshot?
We provide guest-ready guidelines covering dress and appearance that you can share with your team ahead of the event. Our on-site team also brings beauty kits for last-minute touch-ups before each session begins.
How do I receive my headshots?
Headshots are delivered through facial recognition software that sends portraits directly to each guest via text or email within minutes of their session. Headshot stations can also include on-site sharing stations where guests select their favorites and send them digitally before leaving the event.
