Pop Life Photo scaled the AI Trading Card activation to New York, London, and São Paulo, adapting one unified system to each market instead of rebuilding it three times. City-specific icons and backgrounds kept every stop native to its own audience, and a virtual-only build in Brazil proved the format holds up with zero physical footprint.
