Pop Life Photo is built for high-stakes events where the brand is on the line. Our clients—including George P Johnson, Gilead, Google, and Snowflake—choose us because we deliver at the level they need, on time, every time. 

Most activations range from $2,000 to $8,000 depending on the service, event duration, and customization level. We do not publish a fixed rate card because the right package depends on your event goals. A 15-minute discovery call is the fastest way to get an accurate quote.

A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely online.

Standard photo booth setups require a minimum 10x10x10 foot open space and a dedicated 110V three-prong outlet within 25 feet. GlamBot X and 360 Video Booth activations require a 15×15 foot footprint. Outdoor setups require a covered, shaded, dry, and level hard surface. We confirm all venue specs during pre-production.

Yes, and it is expected. Every activation includes a custom branded overlay designed to your specifications and approved by you before event day. We also offer custom backdrops, branded wraps, and themed digital templates. Our creative lead works directly with your team to make sure everything is on brand before anything goes live.
