Hosted as a GTC watch party during the globally renowned NVIDIA GTC Conference, this exclusive gathering brought together tech professionals, creatives, and innovators to network, engage, and celebrate the future of AI and computing.

Our role? Delivering high-quality, professional headshots on-site. Pop Life’s signature offering that continues to raise the bar at corporate events, tech activations, and brand experiences throughout the Bay Area.

It’s a fully customizable, three-story, 8,000-square-foot venue that blends historic charm with modern design. The building’s original 150-year-old brick walls have been preserved, creating a warm, textured backdrop perfect for both social and corporate events. • The Great Room (3,870 sq ft): Soaring ceilings, clean lines, and no columns—ideal for large gatherings, presentations, or high-impact activations.

• The Rooftop Terrace (2,200 sq ft): With olive trees, bistro lights, and a fireplace, this outdoor space adds warmth and personality to receptions or cocktail hours.

At the Lenovo x NVIDIA event, Pop Life Photo provided a seamless headshot booth experience designed for today’s corporate crowd. Guests were invited to refresh their LinkedIn profile pics with polished, flattering portraits. Headshots are captured in real time with professional lighting and creative direction, then instantly delivered via digital sharing. No waiting, no guesswork, just scroll-stopping results.

Our on-site team ensured every detail ran smoothly—from background selections to post-session image review and immediate digital delivery. This engaging headshot experience not only spurred interaction but also added tangible value for attendees, giving them a professional asset they could use right away.

Following the watch party, we joined Lenovo once again for their official NVIDIA GTC afterparty. The vibe shifted from professional polish to high-energy celebration. This time, we brought out our Green Screen Photo Booth, complete with custom branded backgrounds and real-time digital sharing.

Guests loved striking a pose in front of futuristic and on-theme environments—perfect for social sharing and post-event buzz. The Green Screen experience helped extend Lenovo’s branding into every photo while giving guests something fun, creative, and totally unique to take home.
