Pop Life Photo was honored to be part of WIPA SFBA‘s (Wedding Industry Professionals Association SF Bay Area) 10-Year Anniversary celebration, A Decade in Bloom. It was a night filled with inspiration, connection, and pure magic. Held at the stunning Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery, the evening was especially meaningful, as Casa Real was also the site of WIPA SF’s very first chapter meeting ten years ago. This celebration was more than just a beautiful event. It was a powerful reminder of how far WIPA SF has come in building a strong, connected, and elevated community for Bay Area wedding and event professionals.

Premium Event Photography & Video Activations

At Pop Life Photo, we were thrilled to feature two of our premium event experiences that exemplify the fusion of technology, creativity, and guest engagement: the Glambot and our on-site Portrait Studio.

Our Glambot activation was an exciting showstopper that captured everyone’s attention. Guests lined up to step into the spotlight, strike a pose, and be filmed in ultra-slow motion, producing striking, cinematic video clips reminiscent of award-season red carpets. From bold outfit twirls to hair flips and joyful group shots, each video felt personal and high-fashion. Custom branding elements and a sleek set design ensured every clip felt aligned with the elegance of the event.

Meanwhile, our Portrait Studio offered a timeless, editorial-style photography experience. Designed with professional lighting and curated backdrops, our setup gave guests a chance to get high-quality, posed portraits that could double as headshots or social profile updates. As always, images were available instantly via digital sharing, creating a seamless experience that wowed both guests and planners.

These activations weren’t just about beautiful content—they were about connection. As guests engaged with our booths, they chatted, laughed, and made memories, helping to foster the kind of community that WIPA is all about. In a room full of top-tier creatives and business owners, these moments of genuine interaction were what truly stood out.

A Night to Remember at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery

More than just a party, A Decade in Bloom felt like a moment of reflection and forward motion for the wedding and event industry. There was a palpable buzz in the air—the kind that only comes when passionate, like-minded professionals gather with purpose. The celebration reflected WIPA’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusion in the events space.

Attendees were treated to an immersive atmosphere, with stunning floral installations, luxurious lounge setups, exquisite cuisine, and jaw-dropping entertainment. Guests sipped, danced, and connected as they moved through the beautifully transformed Casa Real venue.

Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery provided the perfect backdrop. Its historic charm and elegant architecture gave the event a sense of timeless sophistication, while the thoughtful layout allowed for each vendor and experience to shine. We’re always thrilled to work in venues that understand the importance of design and flow—and Casa Real delivered on every level.

Wedding Industry Panel Featuring Top Bay Area Vendors

One of the most impactful parts of the evening was the dynamic panel discussion featuring four esteemed voices in the industry:

Each speaker brought a unique perspective to the table, discussing the current state of weddings, shifting client expectations, DEI in the industry, and the importance of adaptability in a post-pandemic world. These insights weren’t just relevant—they were actionable. For attendees looking to refine their own business strategies, this panel was a highlight of the night.

Spotlight on Event Vendor Collaboration

As a proud member of the WIPA SFBA Board, Megan, Pop Life Photo’s head of client relations, was especially honored to be part of this milestone celebration. Her behind-the-scenes involvement made this event even more meaningful for our team.

We know that the success of any event comes down to collaboration—and WIPA’s Decade in Bloom was a shining example of that. From lighting and AV to catering and floral, every detail was carefully executed by some of the Bay Area’s most respected event professionals.
