We have created a simple way for your guests to be part of your special virtual event in 5 simple steps. 

Step 1. The event host sends a unique event web page address to guests.

Step 2. Using any device that has a web browser and a built-in camera, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop, guests will click on the invitation to visit the event webpage.

Step 3. When they are ready, your guests will touch or click the camera icon on the webpage to take a picture.

Step 4. Our system will process the image and create a final photo with your event-branded template design.

Step 5. Your guests will instantly see the photo on their device where they can save and share the image with their friends instantly! It is super easy!!

That depends on how long your arm is! You may also use a selfie stick with your phone to get as many people in a photo as possible. However, it does look a little crowded. Our recommendation is less is more!

You can rent the Virtual Photo Booth for a day (24 hours), a week, or longer! It depends on what you need. For example, it makes sense to book the Virtual Photo Booth for all active days if you have a multi-day tradeshow. Weddings and birthday celebrations usually need one day.

The web app is active during your event, and then it is taken down. As the event host, you can see the photos right away. At the end of the event, we upload the pictures to your event’s photo gallery on our website.
