DELIVERY FEE: All rentals are subject to an additional delivery charge outside 20 miles of our local radius of San Ramon, California, 94583. Events outside our local area require a minimum THREE-hour rental booking.
BOOKING FEE: All reservations require the CLIENT to pay PROVIDER NON-REFUNDABLE (“Booking Fee”) and complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in this Agreement. $500 Deposit Required for Drop Off Services.
DIGITAL DELIVERY: A wifi/Internet connection is required for any immediate digital delivery or digital-only photo booth.
HOLIDAYS: Holiday bookings are subject to an additional $200 fee.
OUTDOOR EVENTS: For OUTDOOR events, we require to be completely protected from the outside elements. It needs to be on a flat surface and a shaded covered area to protect our equipment. Tents are temporary structures. In severe weather/high winds, change the tent for permanent shelter.
IN THE CASE OF HIGH WINDS OR HEAVY RAINS, WE REQUIRE TO BE SETUP INDOORS.
