Capture moments that matter at high-end corporate events, weddings, and brand activations across the Bay Area. We provide the gear—you bring the professionalism, charisma, and photography experience. Perfect for someone with a DSLR background who thrives in dynamic environments.

2. Personal Assistant to CEO (Studio-Based)
Support Pop Life’s CEO in running a creative business with precision. This hybrid role blends office organization, calendar and inbox management, call sheet coordination, and occasional event assistance. You’ll help streamline operations across Production, Sales, and Marketing so the creative team can stay focused on high-leverage work.
